Appearance: Deo is 6'2", with swarthy skin, and black hair cut short. His eyes are a sharp blue, and narrowly set together.
Behavior: Deo is a former cavalry soldier, and has the straight back and hard demeanor of that life. He detests "peasants" and will brook almost no disrespect from "lessers". Deo derives a lot of pleasure from torturing those who fall into his hands. To his equals he is curt but pleasant. He will never use five words if three will do.
