Appearance: Aetas' Pocket Watch appears to be an ornate, antique pocket watch made of gold and silver. It keeps perfect time.
Background: We know that it was stolen from a previous owner, a watchmaker, in the mid 18th century. That owner promptly committed suicide.
Personality:
Powers: Aetas' Pocket Watch can effectively stop time, leaving the owner free to move about while the world is still. There is little limit on what the owner is capable of doing while time is stopped. To accomplish this feat, the pocket watch must be present when the owner kills a human being. In essence, the watch absorbs time in the form of potential lifetime, and gives it back in the form of a period "out of time."
Curse: In addition to requiring human lives to fuel its power, the pocket watch is addictive: An owner who looses it becomes despondent and suicidal.
