You have a quality that makes your gaze forceful and menacing. Those who meet your eyes must look away, or else are captured, almost entranced, by your gaze. You gain a -2 difficulties to all Social rolls where you are able to make and maintain eye contact with the person you are dealing with. This means being at fairly close quarters (a few yards or less), and it only affects one person at a time.
