The City Father of London was the first one to be discovered by the Garou Nation. A trickster at heart, he appears as a tall man with an umbrella, plaid waistcoat and a brass pocket watch with roman numerals.
When questioned he will call himself Archie, and says he is retired. If recognized and acknowledged, he will only smile gently and tap his cane twice.
