History
The son of Dutch emigres to France and Paris from Amsterdam, Karl's family runs a popular florist business on Rue Mouffetard.
Recent Events
As the night watchman for the library Karl Van Hoven had a recent encounter with the Black Ballerina when she appeared at the entrance and requested to be let inside. When questioned by Moira Rose he implied that the ballerina had tried to seduce him in order to gain admittance.
