History: Leland McSween is the son of a peat cutter from outer London. Born poor, raised poor, Frank despised being poor. He found he could steal and swindle and do pretty well. In 1892 he made the acquaintence of an Egyptian dealer named Halim Bey. Halim took him in and began teaching him about business, both honest and illeagal. After a few years and the building of a lucrative stolen items ring, Halim Bey embraced Leland.
Leland changed his name and became Frant Allen Simon. Mr Simon runs an international trading business. To those in the know he takes in illegal items and sells them over seas to clean them. In London he is buying real estate and has a booming business in a metal refinery he acquired through lien sales.
Leland poses as a Ventrue, but is a undercover Follower of Set.
