Pain
This path causes pain without a touch. It causes no damage, but gives enough pain to cause penalties to all actions the target takes. These penalties are cumulative with actual wound penalties. Like damage penalties, the penalty does not affect virtue or willpower rolls, and victims of this path may shrug off its effects round-by-round by spending a point of willpower. The Thaumaturge may target anyone he can see (without mechanical aid). The pain caused by this path vanishes if the target can evade the sight of the Thaumaturge for more than a round.
