Bile Shintai is the only kind of Shintai that the Scorpion Eaters can use due to their ingestion of Tainted Chi. They come in 5 varieties:
- Poison Shintai, the tainted form of Blood Shintai
- Decay Shintai, the tainted form of Bone Shintai
- Disease Shintai, the tainted form of Flesh Shintai
- Radiation Shintai, the tainted form of Jade Shintai
- Balefire Shintai, the tainted form of Ghost-Flame Shintai
