This ritual works exactly as Warding Circle vs Ghouls, except that it affects Cainites. The material component is three points of Kindred Vitae plus one per extra 10 feet of radius. It works only on western vampires descended from the mythical Caine, and has no effect on Kuei-Jin, or any other creature that might be called a vampire.
