Description: The sorcerer creates a set of anklets that allow him to get an extra action every round that there are charges. The item holds up to 3 charges.
The Anklets require Intelligence + Alchemy Difficulty 8, requiring accumulated successes of 5 or more to create. In order to recharge them the sorcerer needs the same roll with two successes per charge.
