Description: The caster is able to create a spark to start a flame. For each success there can be a different spark.
Cost & Duration: The Caster meditates on the nature of flame, rubbing charcoal and sulfur together, to spark a flame. Duration is instantaneous.
System: The caster rolls (Manipulation + Occult) difficulty 5. For each success a different small item (like a candle) can be lit. Wet or damp items are much more difficult (9). A botch blisters the finger tip of the caster (bashing 1 level).
