Marcus Musa, the reclusive elder who has directed Giovanni activities in this region for centuries, must see a potential opening. He is bringing in forces from around the world as fast as he can. Whether this play will end in his triumph or ruin has not been determined.
Giovanni can be found in many places throughout the western part of the city, particularly toward its edges and near the waterfront. Their forces include well trained security, mafiosi hit men, blue collar thugs, and legions of wraiths, all backed by a small handful of elite necromancers.
