The "third eye" does not open or function. Unless you conceal it under a hood or beneath your hair, the stigma is obvious to all who see you. All Social rolls are at +2 difficulty whenever you interact with any Cainites other than your coterie or closest allies. Attempting to pass as a Salubri is not advisable.
