Sobriquet: Sheriff (official), Cass (unofficial) or that little girl of a freak (whispered).
Appearance: Cassandra is a child right out of a horror movie: Her hard stare and inappropriate grins would lead some to believe her more demon than girl. She favors tattered jeans and leather jackets.
Behavior:
History: Cassandra was born in depression era Paris, in 1934. Her parents were just a working-class French couple, who had moved to Paris from the countryside to find work; her father was a chimney-sweep and her mother found work as a washerwoman. For a time the couple was happy,
Recent Events: Of late, Cassandra's duties have been quite limited, giving her way too much free time. As usual, the Sabbat hits small targets along the periphery of Quebec City and then skitters away like the cockroaches that they are. Thus, Cassandra has conceived of the idea of setting a trap for them and is in the process of putting that into play.
