7 Feeling remorse for the suffering or death you bring on others Pain is a gift, death is transcendence, and pushing other out of the way opens the inner steps of the Spiral.
6 Not participating in a Malakai's ritual Ritual gives direction to your quest for enlightenment, pulls you more to the center of the Spiral.
