Friend of the Trees
This power causes those who try to follow the vampire through woods to become entangled in roots, branches and vines that just seem to be in the way. The power has the subtle effect of causing trees to animate slightly to provide this protection. Those try ing to follow the vampire will only be able to move at half their normal speed. This ritual can only be performed in woods, and requires the vampire to plant an acorn.
