Mariam Hall
Appearance: A woman of simple beauty, Faith shares the characteristic traits of blond hair and light colored eyes. As she enters the autumn of her life, she does so with a remarkable grace and without the bitterness of time touched vanity. Mariam stands just over five and a half feet tall and probably weighs right around one hundred and thirty-five pounds. She has a simple, but elegant taste in clothing and jewelry. She doesn't use cosmetics and doesn't believe in artifice of any kind, as a woman of faith she believes that she has been made as God wants her to be and that is enough for her. She prefers pale colors that flatter her creme complexion, sensible shoes and wears her hair long. On formal occasions she will dress to impress, but never with anything but strict modesty and conservative taste. Her only jewelry are her wedding rings and the simple silver cross that she was given in the convent upon her assumption of holy vows.

History: Mariam Hall was born in 1952. She is Tremen younger sister, the middle child who developed strong religious tendencies after a near fatal fever; she dreamed of God and He told of her calling. Early on she became a nun, later when her education and interpretation of scripture led her into conflict with the Church she walked away to become a professor of religious history at Chicago’s most prestigious university. She married and had two children of her own: Peter Kane and Paul Kane. Her ex-husband Philip Kane committed suicide; so she changed back to her maiden name.
