Teodajc "Theo" Kovac
Sobriquet: Theo
Appearance: Theo is tall and slender, with nicely muscled shoulders, slightly curly dark brown hair. He has striking amber eyes.
Behavior: Theo is a strong pragmatist. Affable and easy to talk to, he is all the same reserved and only tells what he wants others to know.
History: Theo was born and raised in Prague. Theo came from a wealthy police family in the city. At the age of 25 he was promoted to a district commander in Prague. Nilola Popov initially ghouled Theo in an effort to take control of the cities police. When Theo reached a point where his lack of aging was becoming apparent, Nikola decided to gift him with the embrace, in a bid to control the family fortune and clout Theo possessed. After WW1 Theo became disenchanted with his sire, and having successfully avoided a blood bond, fled the city of Prague for America. In America he traveled from New York to Chicago. In Chicago he was appalled by the level of gauche treachery and near lack of fineness shown by the American vampires. He quietly moved on to Duluth and settled down to find a way to exert political fineness over the thriving business there. He did not push for Princedom, as he was happy laying low and gathering information. Theo had begun to make subtle moves to take over important mortal parts of society with the declaration of the Alliance war.
Recent Events: When the old Prince Julek Blomgren was killed in the initial attack on Duluth by a cluster bomb Theo stepped in and guided the Kindred of Duluth through a wartime pact together.
