"Twice Necked Wine" is a nice, subtle cafe that has both indoor and outdoor seating. There are about twenty tables. The fare is reasonable, and the alcohol is typical French wine, with various other liquors. Nothing too pretentious here, some German and Swiss beers.

Owner/Operator is Antoine Beshear.
