Stygian Dust
This dark grey powder is a necromantic creation. The dust is used to focus destructive energy and death, allowing the energy resulting from creatures dying to be focused for other uses. The methodology of the creation of the dust is hidden and mostly lost to time. Members of the Refugees of the Moon know it's method, and have used it to harness soul energy.
Contact with organic objects results in them rapidly dessicating.
