An advanced case of Restricted Diet - 2 points
The vampire that takes this flaw must kill their victim to gain the benefits of feeding, for the blood alone is simply not enough, and the victim's death is a necessary component.
Vampires who suffer from Thief of Lives gain no sustenance from any animal less complex than human, but supernatural blood often carries greater quantities of life-force and is that much more satisfying.
