This ritual is essentially a permanent version of the level 2 Path of Wards power, Glyph of Scrying. The caster may transfer his senses to the rune of vision, looking out from the surface the rune is inscribed on. While looking through the rune, the caster cannot see his own surroundings.
System: The caster must etch, carve, or burn a three-inch high rune into a permanent surface (Wood, stone, glass, etc. Cloth or paper are not possible). The rune must absorb a point of the caster's blood to make the connection. One success creates the rune. With three or more successes, the caster may hear, as well as see through the rune. With five successes, the caster gains full sensory perception, including smell and the heightened senses power of Auspex.
