Appearance: Dr. Fischer has a highly angular face with stark winter blue eyes.
Behavior: Dr. Fischer is obsessed with the form and function of all beings. He holds conversations that are distracted because he is taking measurements with his eyes and contemplating genetic modification.
History: Dr. Fischer was born in Paris, in Issy-les-Moulineaux in 1830. He studied under several preeminent doctors. He began to do plastic surgery and healing using various methods.
