Appearance: Apparent age – unknown. He is a recluse by definition, but his presence can be felt in every shadowy intrigue and whispered secret; until recently, he was Vienna’s master of secrets for sale.
Behavior: The one thing that will remain constant is that business is good, for all secrets are for sale. Meetings with him cannot be arranged, if one seeks to do business with him, then one must make that fact known in some public fashion; if Alexander is interested in doing business with you, then he will find you at a time and place of his choosing.
