Appearance: Arthur is a slender man of good stature. His hair is a dark blond, with sparkling blue eyes.

Behavior: Arthur is genial, but fully aware that he is the King of the United Kingdom. He has a studied air of intellectual prowess, and casual indifference to the needs of others unless it makes him look good in the public eye. Arthur is a proficient bureaucrat, and every inch the tyrant.

History: Born to their Majesties the king and queen, Arthur was raised with casual care and nearly hippy liaise-fare. His butlers and nanny instilled in him the need for protocol. His tutor instilled in him the systems of bureaucracy.
