Personality: Torsten is a chameleon when he is acting, but on his own curt and to the point.
Current Events: Six months have passed since Torsten visited Sleepy Hollow, it is now May of 2003. During New Year's Eve 2002, Torsten is invited to a private gathering hosted by the new prince Hellene Panhard. During that gala event, before the assembled Kindred, he is granted domain over the Queens' neighborhood of Middle Village as a gift of largesse from Donatello Giovanni who explains the gift as an expression of fondness for Torsten, who is like an adopted son to him. Hellene Panhard acknowledges the transfer of domain from Donatello to Torsten and that such a favor places Torsten into Donatello's debt (3pts).
