An alternate power developed by the True Brujah of Dresden.
This power is a prelude to Kiss of Lachesis: It accelerates the passage of time within a living being, causing age-related organ failure and death.

I think that at rank 3, this is over-powered. It is a more complicated form of "time acceleration" than Inertial acceleration. In my opinion, it should be rank 4 at least. -Jamie
