Houston

Stage 1 - Preparations

• 1.1 -- Get Germano Giovanni and I out of Houston.
• 1.2 -- Travel to New Orleans.
• 1.3 -- Meet the Prince and introduce everyone, explaining that we are all just passing through as reinforcements for Houston versus the Sabbat.
• 1.4 -- Find and purchase all the gear we will need in Houston (ammo, explosives, body-armor, etc).
• 1.5 -- Arrange transport of all the Giovanni and I, back into Houston, secretly.
• 1.6 -- Find and setup a secret base of operations within a 100 mile radius of the Houston suburbs.
• -- Time to stage 1 completion: 96 hours or 4 days.

Stage 2 -- The Setup

• -- Find source of information on the structure of the Houston Gangs; preferably gang related watchdog groups.

• -- Locate a Houston hacker who will hack the police department, specifically the vice rap sheets. We are looking for hookers with specific gang affiliations.

• -- Figure out which gangs to target first and which hookers are affiliated with them.

• -- Once a particular gang has been chosen, we will dominate key hookers affiliated with that gang's primary rival club and spread the rumor that the target gang is allying itself with the Italian mafia.

• -- 24 hours later begin the assassinations of key leadership member in the rival gangs via standard Italian gangland style, usually a point blank shot to the face at close range.

• -- Time to Stage 2 Completion: 120 hours or 5 days.

Stage 3 -- The False Target

So what is the false target? Its an actual attack against one or more of Zion Vangonni's sacred sites with the goal of stretching his time and resources to the limit and convincing him that the attacks on the sacred sites are the actual point of the exercise. In reality, its just another distraction designed to make him look in any direction except the one in which we will be coming at him.
