Title: Tzimisce, Viovode of Valiko Tarnovo
Appearance: The being known as the bone counter does not remotely resemble the human that it probably once was. It has become a mobile pillar of flesh woven with bone, obsessed with discovering the means to transcend its vampiric existence to something beyond. It is cerebral, and seems to drift in and out of its physical circumstances, leaving conversations hanging for minutes or hours, before returning to them as if a moment had past. It is attended by a variety of bizarre creatures, as well as four childer who oversee various aspects of its physical domain. It seems to have the ability to project its senses over distances without needing to use Astral Form.
Haven: It havens in vast warrens beneath Tsarvets Castle, a fortress that once housed Bulgarian Czars. These days, mortal tourists have little idea what horrors lie sleeping beneath their feet.
Progeny: Its four childer are, Arastus, who oversees its domain, particularly the provincial capital (also called Valiko Tarnovo), and its personal haven and security, Isho the Terrible, who is its liaison to other vampires, Basia the Beautiful, an inhuman sculpture made from twisted bone, and Molok Cvetkov, who spends time overseeing the outlying towns of the province.
