The Malkavians of London are a small group, or rather a small constellation of loosely affiliated groups, who are all known to one another. They socialize rarely, but in times of need they have means by which to communicate and place where they are want to gather. The most obviously influential of London's Lunatics is Dr. Timothy, an elder Malkavian devoted to the curing of the mentally ill by any and all means.
