Appearance

Handsome Japanese male, about 5'8" tall. His hair is black and long, kept in a braid. Matsaka favors black leather jackets and leather pants. He favors top end cigars.

Behavior

Matsaka is stern. He smokes his cigars with a vengeance, and seldom smiles.

History

Matsaka came to America as a kid, and grew up with successful parents. In high school he decided living straight was for suckers, and took the path of being a Yakuza. He is the collector for overdue accounts, and likes his work.
