Gallain are "outsiders" among changelings. It is a term used to describe any inscrutable creature that emerges from the Dreaming.

The Native American Nunnehi, the Polynesian Menehune, the elemental Inanimae, the Hsien and the Adhene are commonly grouped together as Gallain, along with any other non-Kithain creature of the Dreaming. Some more "mainstream" kiths like the Clurichaun and the Merfolk are also sometimes called gallain simply because they are rare and many Kithain are unfamiliar with their ways. References
