Description: An Avatar of the Stars can look upward into the heavens and can see there reflected the current circumstances of anyone they know or any place that they have visited. In this way, Avatars of the Stars can keep up with diverse individuals and events in distant locations without having to be there personally. To use this power the Avatar must devote a certain amount of time to watching the night sky and weather conditions can make this Power more difficult or even impossible to use. Each success upon the activation roll permits the Avatar to watch a particular subject or place for one turn, if more successes are expended they can help detail what is happening to certain individuals in greater detail or allow the Avatar to listen in on conversations, if a temporary willpower is expended it doubles the number of successes for the purpose of scrying. Sadly, if the weather is bad at either location or the individual in question is inside a building without windows, they cannot be watched.
