Sobriquet: Initiate Babin (Babel derisively)
Appearance:
Behavior: Avksentiy is a hesitant young man who is new in his powers. Having awakened only a couple of years ago and actively stifled by Niclai and the leaders who were forced out Babin hasn't progressed much. His French is good but slightly accented with Hungarian. A nice kid, he isn't so sure about Nicolai and his rude ways.
History: Babin came to Paris with is Father on a business trip and while there Awakened at the 1897 Exposition. He was luckily found by Hardesty Montrou (deceased) who took him into House Flambeau.
