The Temporal Occulus is a rather large (4' in diameter) magnifying glass that has been enchanted to allow the user to focus perceptually on a window in time. It has a silver/gold/steel mounting that is inscribed with hundreds of mystical symbols for time and movement. Attached to the outside is a pearl and silver planchet, whose use can regulate the time viewed. Highly vulgar, the Occulus is powerful and somewhat chaotic when in use.
