This device was designed and created by the Electrodyne Engineer [[Vargo Zamtredia]] in 1899.  He has plans to display it at the 1900 French Exposition.  It uses Forces and Matter to move any object to a desired co-location.  The silver adamantium frame is powered by a conversion engine, using a punch card recursive algorithm to plot the co-location.
