The Oneiros may make others fall asleep. As they fall asleep the Oneiros may create dreams, perceive them, and control them.
System: If the subject is willing then there is no need to roll. If the subject is unwilling then the player needs to roll Charisma + leadership (difficulty of the targets willpower). The target may resist with an opposed Intelligence + subterfuge roll.
