The Bermondsey Trio are a coterie, but they are not friends, nor do they have a great deal in common. In fact they have only two things in common, the first is survival, there is strength in numbers and London is a very dangerous city. The second thing is familiarity. Each member of the Trio was born in or lived and died in Bermondsey or very nearby. This familiarity also applies to the age in which they lived and the world each knew at the moment of the Embrace. For these reasons they have far more in common than they have with any vampire not Embraced in the Sixteenth or Seventeenth centuries. | |||

Introduction
