History: Dutch left his sire in 1951 and immigrated to New Orleans in search for the second coming of Carthage.
He became a contender to the throne of New Orleans when Prince Doran was assassinated. However, forced to choose between princeship and the clan leadership in the city, Dutch repealed the throne.
Eventually, Dutch has lost any hope that the city might become a new Carthage. He now hopes to make the Brujah presence strong in New Orleans while members of the clan are still allowed into the city. If Dutch succeeds, he may renew his quest to create an utopia.
