Malkavian -X-

Embraced 1145 AD.

9th generation childe of Dimitri Zivisti. Supposedly developed a path of Spirit thaumaturgy.

Appearance: Image: Killikillarven is described as a grey-haired Finnish man standing at 4'10" tall and weighing 120 lbs, sporting a "rather absurd looking" handlebar mustache.

Behavior: Killikillarven was not happy as an immortal, who often grunted and hummed when speaking. When he investigated things, his right eye squinted and his left eye bugged out (the same would happen when he used the one-dot ability of Spirit Thaumaturgy, Evil Eye).

History: Killikillarven was a bishop in a Finnish village who was respected and feared. Before his fall, he had "flown on a drum" to Pohjola and retrieved an indestructible hammer once wielded by Ilmarinen.

When the Crusades occurred and Scandinavians aggressively Christianized the area, Killikillarven became disgusted by those of his village turning to a greater shaman. He set off east into Russia, where there was rumored a chief would grant anything to one who would beat him at a game. When the chief, Dimitri, won in the game of chess against Killikillarven, the price was his soul. Dimitri promised the shaman the power to destroy those who disrespected him, and Embraced him. As he died, Killikillarven believed he heard a nightingale warning him to flee—though he ignored it in favor of power.

After becoming a Kindred, Dimitri asked Killikillarven to commune with spirits for power; sadly, they fled from the ex-shaman, filled with fear of his now Vampiric blood. He had to develop Spirit Thaumaturgy in order to force spirits to aid him in using sorcery. However, every time he does so (and every time he hears a nightingale), he feels more of himself is lost, and that he becomes more and more of a monster.

During the module in which he appears, Killikillarven is blood bound to and resides with Dmitri.
