The Gangrel of London are a disparet group who at times are working at cross purposes, but also respect each others freedom and goals. Sir Arthur Halesworth works for the Prince of the city, and enforces the princes edicts. He also supports and ignores the efforts of the other Gangrel to make inroads with the werewolves of London.
