Appearance: A short, fat Arvin Parahj with dark bronzed skin. His hair is long and dark, with bird feathers woven in it sloppily, and pieces of straw. His eyes are milky and dull.
Behavior: Poodin Head is jolly and friendly, speaking in stilted, broken words. He will shake everyone's hand, and laugh a phlemy laugh as they walk away.
History: Poodin Head was taken off the Steppe as a adolescent boy by traders. He was a slave in town for several years. When is his master disappeared several cycles ago, he became the town beggar. He knows of several bolt holes in the area, and has amassed a large amount of town gossip.
