Introduction
Bestiality, the very term itself is coarse and barbaric, intercourse with beasts. Therein lies the crux of this fell Perversion, for regardless of whether they speak of mere animals or of mankind itself, to the Gallu everything else is just a beast to be used even unto death and perhaps beyond. In the beginning Bestiality is simply a means of control, primitive in the baser application of pain, but nonetheless effective regardless of how inferior it is exercised. That pain is the result of simple injuries that carry a preternatural affliction that link the victim to it's Gallu master. Over time, the affliction can act as a more powerful bridge between the sufferer and its ghul-lord, such that the Gallu can drive the victim to more elaborate or desperate actions and even permitting the ghul-lord the voyeuristic pleasure of perceiving all that the sufferer experiences as it happens. Inevitably, the pestilence inflicted upon the ruminant runs its course killing the infected and theoretically ending its suffering. That is unless the Gallu chooses to inject its curse into the victim via its fever. Those beasts raised through Bestiality are fever-slaves in the most literal sense, the supernatural infection that kills them wipes the slate clean, tabula rasa as it were, creating lesser animalistic versions of the Gallu who serve as guardians, minions and occasionally shock-troops. While these "chattel" still bear the rudimentary personality and raw capacity of their former selves, they are cruder and darker versions of themselves strained through the Gallu Curse, and the absence of memories from their former lives makes them malleable enough to train for whatever purposes the Gallu raised them. As the Chattel enter their undead state, the fever-link becomes a telepathic "shackle" of sorts allowing the Gallu-master to convey its thoughts and desires to its chattel even over great distances. Eventually, if the master Gallu survives long enough, the Perversion of Bestiality allows for the augmentation of it's chattel to improve and evolve its minions into far more formidable engines of war. Rumors persist of truly ancient Gallu who apply Bestiality to ends beyond mundane imagination, and some tales circulate that an elder Gallu can restore a chattel's original memories and personality, but none can decide if this is a blessing in disguise or an infernal torment.
