This ritual allows the caster to temporarily render a ward or other hanging magic inactive.
Hanging magics that can be affected are the same as those affected by the level 1 ritual Detect Ward.
System: By chanting and carving arcane symbols into his own palm (just through the first layer of skin) for a minute above the focus of the ward, the caster disrupts the ward for a round or more. At the end of the ritual, the caster must force a blood point worth of vitae through the cuts in his palm, and smear it across something representative of the ward (either the rune or other center of effect, or a surface marking the edge of the effect). The blood will burn and boil off, leaving no residue when the ritual is complete. The ritual lasts for a number of rounds equal to the caster's successes. If the ritual is successfully cast, the caster will come to no harm from touching the ward he is suppressing.
