Dice Pool: Manipulation + Occult

Cost: Spend 1 Divinity

Description: With this Power the Avatar can call down star-light into a particular area or against a group of individuals provided she is beneath an open sky or can see the stars through a window or opening in a building. This Power may be used to entertain or to confound potential opponents, the effects are the same regardless. Once summoned motes of starlight, equal to the success rolled by the Avatar's player, swarm through the room or area in complicated patterns which leave trails of light in their wake. Particularly low willpower individuals (2 willpower or less) may become hypnotized by this effect and remain utterly still as they watch. All others viewing the shower of starlight are at a penalty (+2 difficulty) to all dice pools that require concentration. The starlight lasts for a scene then the motes return to the night sky. Obviously this Power does not function during the daytime.
