Economy
The economy of early Frankfurt is driven by the excellent ways to travel here. The roads are well built, allowing for smooth cart and wagon traffic. The river allows for barges and ships to navigate the water ways. Ore is brought here to be worked by the metal smiths, and many tools, weapons, and some armor are sold and transported from here. Outside of the city farming and grazing are highly successful here. Significant trade is done on the river with other towns in both directions. The tithes to the church have allowed for it to become a significant factor in how things are traded, with the church being a de facto bank for the merchants.
