This is a blue diamond of surpassing quality. It was installed in the back of the Altar of the Dii Consentes, attached to the Tas collector system. This diamond bypassed the ruby that was initially installed by Phidias to tame the Masks. As long as it resides in the Altar, the Beings accessed by the Altar will have free will when fully charged, and not be at the control of the wearer.
