Introduction

History
Elica is Blood-Bounded to her sire along with half-dozen childer. His schemes tricked the Sabbat into calling a Crusade against Camarilla forces in Szczecin, Poland; this action resulted in the mutual destruction of both sides, and thus, Elica became prince of the city during the confusion.
