The City Father of London was the first one to be discovered by the Garou Nation. A trickster at heart, he appears as a tall man with an umbrella, plaid waistcoat and a brass pocket watch with roman numerals. | |||
When questioned he will call himself Archie, and says he is retired. If recognized and acknowledged, he will only smile gently and tap his cane twice. | |||
