Appearance: An extremely well-made kachina doll, about 1 foot high. It is made of leather, corn meal, corn husks, and decorated with semi-precious beads. Those in its vicinity feel watched, and though it has never been seen to move, Wuya Soyal occasionally changes positions within a room.
Background: Wuya Soyal was brought into existence on the night of a greater astrological convergence. It is a greater manifestation of the ritual Kachina Decoy, cast with 9 successes by Jeremy Sanderson. As such, it is motivated to mystically protect its creator.
Powers: In addition to intercepting curses (as per the Kachina Decoy) it can communicate and interact with nearby people in their dreams.
Notes:
Quotation: "You have to believe in gods to see them." - Traditional Hopi Saying.
